The service and its reference
Hoszen concerns VPS hosting for independent services. The configurator records your resource and access choices in this browser tab. Payment details show a real receiving address and a calculated amount. Their local reference is not a server-issued invoice, a registered order, a capacity reservation or a delivery confirmation.
Periods and prices
Monthly and quarterly periods use the standard monthly subtotal. A six-month period receives 28% off and a one-year period receives 50% off, paid in one payment for the full period. The discount applies to the VPS and all selected recurring options. The final total is rounded once to the nearest USD cent, with a half-cent rounded up. No setup fee, renewal discount or automatic renewal arrangement is stated.
Seller and service details
The operator is based in Panama. Hoszen offers VPS server locations in Iceland, Sweden and Ireland on all three plans, without a location surcharge. The country you select is recorded in your configuration. The legal seller name, business address, registration details where applicable, backup countries, supplier and datacenter details, inventory and support or abuse contacts still need confirmation. Tax treatment, renewal, cancellation and final contractual terms also remain unresolved. Selecting a country does not reserve a machine or confirm service delivery.
Operating responsibilities
Application installation, updates, access management and independent recovery planning remain your responsibility as the VPS customer. A backup option does not replace a tested restore procedure. No uptime, measured performance, immediate availability or delivery commitment is stated.
Payment and delivery status
Payment details expire after one hour. The page reports payment as not verified and does not turn a click, transaction hash or elapsed countdown into payment confirmation. Payment verification and VPS delivery require separate confirmation.
A short standard signup
One contact email is the only personal contact field in this checkout. Our standard no-KYC signup does not ask for an identity document, selfie or proof of address. Hostname and an optional public SSH key describe your server access; they are not identity-document checks. Additional information may be required where applicable law requires it.
No-KYC describes this standard signup policy. It does not establish anonymity, an absence of technical records or the policies of a wallet, exchange or email provider. Choose your service access and data-handling arrangements deliberately.
Complaints and legally binding requests
A DMCA notice alone does not automatically trigger suspension or disclosure of customer data. We assess copyright complaints under applicable law; a substantiated complaint may require action. The same review considers our acceptable-use rules and the rights of others.
We assess legal requests under the law applicable to our Panama-based operation and comply with legally binding process, including international procedures recognized in Panama. A request is not dismissed solely because it originated abroad. Offshore hosting does not remove applicable legal obligations.
The 2015 assistance law must be read with its 2025 amendments. Panama also has local copyright protection; the U.S. notice-and-takedown framework is not a promise of immunity from complaints or valid process.
