Start with something worth keeping
Self-hosting begins with a choice about software and data. It continues with ordinary work: deciding who can change an account, keeping an update window and finding out whether the recovery copy really contains the attachments.
That is the purpose of the Hoszen notebook. Choose a resource budget, record the people and dependencies, and make the next maintenance decision easier to understand.
A short contact form, clear boundaries
Standard signup has no routine identity-document check. One email is the only account-contact field; Monero and the other supported cryptocurrencies are the payment choices. No-KYC describes that signup policy. It is not a promise that email, service activity or published information cannot identify someone.
What is established
The current checkout creates local receiving instructions and reports Payment not verified. It does not create an account, send an email or report a delivered VPS.
How the notebook is used
Leave a record another person can check.
Separate facts from assumptions.
A resource allocation belongs in the catalogue. An application requirement belongs with its version and documentation. A recovery result belongs beside the test that produced it. Keeping those records separate makes an unknown visible without turning it into a promise.
Keep the service understandable.
List the data, dependencies and people before adding tools. Give each component a reason to exist and every recurring task an owner. A simpler service that a replacement maintainer can operate is often more useful than a collection of unexplained integrations.
Make leaving possible to evaluate.
Keep independent recovery material, document export limits and rehearse an import on a separate target. Portability is something to test against your software and formats; it is not established by calling a service independent.
