Responsible operation
The service concerns offshore VPS hosting operated from Panama. Hosting in another jurisdiction does not remove the need to understand applicable requirements or respect the rights of others. No anonymity, immunity or exemption from those requirements is promised.
Use and security
The intended policy prohibits unlawful use, unauthorized access, malware distribution, abusive network activity and infringement of others’ rights. Operators are responsible for their applications and for responding appropriately to security incidents. Final policy wording remains subject to the seller’s review.
Review and enforcement
The abuse contact and detailed handling procedures remain to be documented. The notice and legal-request policy below applies: a simple DMCA notice does not cause automatic action, and substantiated complaints or legally binding process may require a response.
Complaints and legally binding requests
A DMCA notice alone does not automatically trigger suspension or disclosure of customer data. We assess copyright complaints under applicable law; a substantiated complaint may require action. The same review considers our acceptable-use rules and the rights of others.
We assess legal requests under the law applicable to our Panama-based operation and comply with legally binding process, including international procedures recognized in Panama. A request is not dismissed solely because it originated abroad. Offshore hosting does not remove applicable legal obligations.
The 2015 assistance law must be read with its 2025 amendments. Panama also has local copyright protection; the U.S. notice-and-takedown framework is not a promise of immunity from complaints or valid process.
